I specialize in helping women move through challenging times in their lives. These difficulties might appear as physical (surgery, illness, menopause), emotional (feeling stuck, frustrated or confused) or spiritual (Why am I here? What�s my purpose?). We all need support during these life transitions, and facilitating that is both my role and my skill.

I bring 20 years of training and extensive experience in both ancient traditions and leading-edge techniques to enable you to feel a palpable sense of ease as you move through this time.
It doesn�t have to be so hard.

Each session is totally customized for your requirements that day, and will contain a unique blend of deep intuition and finely-honed technical skills to facilitate and support a shift for you.
